We also offer mobile podcast services, professional video editing, and digital products.

Yes, all sessions are by appointment only. To secure your preferred time slot, we require booking with payment at least 48 hours in advance. This ensures we can properly prepare your studio setup and have your dedicated engineer ready for your session. Sessions are available in 90, or 120-minute blocks.

Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Sunday: Closed. Sessions are by appointment only.

Remote recording sessions are conducted virtually using our professional Riverside.fm platform - you record from your location while we provide technical support, engineering assistance, and post-production services.

Mobile services are designed for professional locations and events only. For home-based content creators, we recommend our remote recording sessions or visiting one of our three professionally equipped studios for the best audio and video quality. Travel surcharges apply based on location.

Depending on your package, post-production may include professional editing, social media reels, thumbnails, intro/outro integration, captions, and branding elements.

Yes, you can receive individual files by providing an SSD. Please note that we do not keep client files permanently - we store them in our cloud for a maximum of 15 days as a backup in case you lose or damage any delivered files. On day 16, all files are automatically deleted from our cloud for privacy and storage management purposes.

Cancellations:

• Full refund with 48-hour notice
• 50% refund with 24-hour notice
• No refund with less than 24-hour notice

Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost when requested at least 24 hours in advance. We recommend rescheduling if you're experiencing technical issues, illness, or any situation that might affect the quality of your recording session.
